5. Editorial Decision
Editor considers feedback and makes accept/revise/reject decision.
6. Revision and Resubmission
Authors revise manuscript and respond to reviewers' comments.
7. Final Decision
Editor issues final accept/reject decision.
8. Copyediting and Typesetting
Professional editing for grammar, formatting, and style.
9. Publication
Article published online with DOI assignment.
10. Post-publication

We aim to offer a faster publication process than traditional journals, without compromising the quality of peer review:

  • Initial Review: Most manuscripts will undergo peer review within 10 days
  • Review Process: Typically takes 30–60 days
  • Publication: Accepted articles are published online within 20 days
🔄Can I submit my manuscript even though it has been published elsewhere?

We only accept original articles. Manuscripts that have already been published elsewhere will be rejected. However, if the author has other unpublished work, it is welcome for submission to Zibeline Journals.

📅When should I submit my papers? Are there any deadlines?

You may submit your manuscript at any time. Once it has successfully passed peer review and is accepted, it will be published in the upcoming issue.

Congratulations on getting your article accepted! 🎉 After acceptance, the next steps typically follow this sequence:

✅ 1. Acceptance Notification
You'll receive an official acceptance email from the journal with a summary of next steps.
📝 2. Open Access License Agreement
You'll be asked to sign an open access license agreement.
✍️ 3. Copyediting and Proofing
Your manuscript will be copyedited and you'll receive page proofs to review.
💳 4. Payment of Article Processing Charges
WCM charges an APC of $350 upon acceptance.
📅 5. Online First / Early View
Your article will be published online with a DOI before final issue assignment.

Your article will be assigned to a specific volume and issue with final indexing.

📝Can I Receive the Proof of My Article Before Publish?

After the payment is received, the author will receive the uncorrected proof of the article for proofreading and typesetting corrections. The author should then submit their requested corrections via email.

📊When My Article Available Online?

Once the editorial team receives the author’s proofreading corrections, the necessary changes will be made promptly. The article will then be published within one day, initially appearing in the Articles in Press section of the journal’s website. It will subsequently be included in an upcoming issue of the journal.

🏷️Can I Still Make Corrections to My Article After It Has Been Published?

Once the article is published, no further corrections can be made, as it will already be available online and indexed in various databases.

📋Can I Provide with A Pdf File of My Article?

Yes, all Zibeline journals publish articles as Open Access. Anyone can download the PDF version of an article from the journal’s individual archive pages at any time, free of charge.

📊How Can I Order Offprints or Print Copy of Journal Issue?

The printed version of a specific journal issue can be requested by contacting the journal’s Chief Editor via email. To receive a hard copy, payment is required. Payment details will be provided in response to your request. Hard copies are available not only to authors but also to anyone from academia or industry.

📋What Is the Journal Impact Factor?

The Impact Factor (IF), also known as the Journal Impact Factor (JIF), is a commonly used metric for ranking academic journals. Journals with higher impact factors are generally regarded as more prestigious and influential within their respective fields. The Impact Factor represents the average number of citations received per article published in a journal over the previous two years. It is widely used by academic institutions and funding agencies to inform decisions on promotions, tenure, and research funding. However, it has faced criticism for encouraging practices that may compromise scientific integrity and quality. The Impact Factor is a scientometric index calculated by Clarivate, based on data from its Web of Science database.

📋Is there Any Article Processing Charges for The journal (APC)?

WCM charges an Article Processing Fee (APC) of $1000. This fee enables WCM to offer open access to all published articles, ensuring broad dissemination and accessibility. The APC is intentionally kept at a minimal level to promote inclusivity and encourage submissions from a diverse range of authors. It covers essential publishing services and supports the continued operation of the journal. The APC is payable by the author upon acceptance of the article for publication.
